Role: Senior SAP FSCD Consultant

Location: REMOTE

Duration: Long-term/Fulltime

Roles and responsibilities:

General

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related fields
At least 10 years hands on experience working on SAP-FSCD in the Insurance Industry
Subject Matter Expertise in SAP Insurance
Experience in at least 1 complete SAP end to end FSCD cycles on SAP HANA
Experience in both SAP HANA & SAP ECC 6.0
Must have experience in SAP FSCD Production Support in a non vanilla SAP HANA environment
Financial Accounting background preferred
Healthcare Industry experience preferred

SAP FSCD Experience a. Contract Management & Contract Accounting
a. Creation of Insurance Contracts & Contract Account Management
i. Import of contract data from external Applications
ii. Set-up of Insurance Contracts in SAP
iii. Management of Insurance Contracts in SAP
b. Claims Processing
i. Import of claims from external applications
ii. Processing of external claims via external file processing & error / fallout management
b. Contract Settlements & Payment Processing
a. Open Item processing
b. Processing Settlements
c. Payment Processing & creation of Payment files
d. Dunning
e. Credit processing & settlements
c. Reinsurance Management
d. Integration with other SAP modules (SAP HANA to SAP ECC 6.0, General Ledger) and external applications
e. Non-Vanilla Custom Solution Development
Other Preferred SAP Experience

SAP FICO
- General Ledger Accounting (SAP GL)
- Accounts Receivable (SAP AR)
- Accounts Payable (SAP AP)
- GL integration between SAP HANA & SAP ECC 6.0
Integration with other SAP modules
Ability to write functional specifications
Experience / working knowledge of Facets will be an added advantage
Experience / working knowledge of ECHO / Kyriba will be an added advantage
