Required Skills and Experience:
Experience related to Client Reporting (e.g. Statements)
Knowledge of the Accessibility for Ontario Disability Act (AODA)
Ability to understand the various stakeholders and ensure feedback is incorporated
Ability to understand existing reporting requirements and align all future requirements
Familiarity with Broadbridge, CGI's W360, & Jaspar an asset
Good knowledge of the Canadian wealth management space, specifically brokerage.
General to detailed understanding of securities, fixed income, and mutual fund trading for retail brokerage and investment counsel
Strong communication skills and experience in writing requirements (User Stories, BRDs, SRD's, Change Requests, SSIs)
Ability to draft process flows (via Visio), and identify areas where stakeholder concerns will come into play and need to be navigated
Project management timeline discipline and the ability to work independently
Strong excel (formulas and pivot tables)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in client reporting within financial services
- Familiarity with AODA compliance and accessibility standards
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience working with vendor platforms (Broadridge, CGI's W360, Jaspar)
- Solid understanding of Canadian brokerage and wealth management practices
- Technical proficiency in Excel and Visio
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and support initiatives related to client reporting, including statement generation and enhancements
- Ensure all reporting outputs meet AODA compliance standards
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into reporting solutions
- Analyze and align existing and future reporting requirements across platforms and business lines
- Work with vendor platforms such as Broadridge, CGI's W360, and Jaspar (experience with these is an asset)
- Apply strong domain knowledge of Canadian wealth management, with emphasis on brokerage operations
- Demonstrate understanding of securities, fixed income, and mutual fund trading for both retail brokerage and investment counsel navigating concerns effectively
- Manage project timelines independently, ensuring deliverables are met with discipline and precision
- Utilize advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) to validate reporting outputs and support dashboard creation
- Draft and maintain high-quality documentation including User Stories, BRDs, SRDs, Change Requests, and SSIs
- Create and refine process flows using Visio, identifying areas of stakeholder sensitivity and
