Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Management Analyst IV with strong SQL development and advanced analytics expertise to support complex data initiatives within a capital and risk-focused environment. This role will consult on large-scale data management efforts, analyze complex datasets, and partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in advanced SQL, comfortable working with large and complex data sets, and capable of translating data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult on complex, large-scale data management and analytics initiatives with broad organizational impact
• Design, develop, and optimize advanced SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to support reporting and analytics needs
• Analyze complex, multi-faceted data challenges requiring evaluation of multiple variables and business rules
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting and analytical outputs
• Partner with business, analytics, and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Support data governance, data quality, and documentation standards
• Provide analytical insights to support risk, capital, or financial decision-making
• Strategically collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to long-term data solutions and improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Analytics, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in SQL development (complex joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning)
• Strong experience working with large relational databases
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights
• Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting capital markets, risk, finance, or regulatory data
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and control frameworks
• Exposure to analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
