The Industrial Engineering Manager will manage the designing, developing, and optimizing systems and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality within aerospace manufacturing and operations. Key Responsibilities:- Leads and directs team by providing direction on all facets of ME/e3.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, quality, and supply chain, to coordinate and implement engineering projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, standards, and procedures.
- Evaluate and select appropriate manufacturing technologies, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure effective implementation of process improvements.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to address production issues and improve product reliability.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an industrial engineering role within the aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment used in aerospace production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in engineering software tools such as CAD, CAM, and simulation software.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the aerospace industry (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) or similar process improvement certifications.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Familiarity with digital manufacturing, automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
