Responsibilities
Individual will be responsible for Global/Local KYC/AML remediation processes based on complexity, interdependencies, and regulatory urgency/findings.
Reporting to Overall leadership while leading specific working groups.
Analyze existing regulatory issues, identify overlapping requirements, transform strategy into executable plans.
Track progress through defined KPIs.
Support compatible control design, validate solutions address root causes.
Drive alignment across workstreams and maintain consolidated evidence repositories.
Reporting responsibilities could include Financial Crimes' weekly progress summaries and daily reporting.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Any Graduation Degree
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Minimum 15 years' experience in FCRM (Financial Crime Risk Management) with extensive experience in Regulatory Remediation execution and management.
Knowledge and experience in regulations like Fincen, FATF and FCA.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn new processes and adapt quickly
Experience working within a high paced environment with competing priorities
The ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple assessments simultaneously, track progress, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
