Title: Salesforce Manager
Location: King of Prussia, PA (Onsite – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description –
- Oversee Salesforce platform strategy, delivery, and enhancements across Sales and Service Cloud.
- Manage and mentor Salesforce developers/admins, ensuring high-quality design, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Review and guide development work including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, integrations, and data model design.
- Lead end-to-end release management, performance tuning, and platform governance efforts.
- Drive API integrations, system architecture alignment, and optimization of data flows and processes.
- Ensure security, compliance, documentation, and consistent user experience across all Salesforce orgs.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and introduce features that improve efficiency and business value.
