Title: Automation Testing Lead (Full Time only)- Must have payments domain

Job Description:

Qualification Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Test Automation Frameworks (primarily Cucumber, Gherkin), Testing strategies, diagramming, documentation, and different types of testing in the OLTP/ Payment Switch systems
• Strong knowledge of J2EE and microservices application architecture and all aspects such as Eclipse IDE, Java runtime, interservice communication, Logging/Monitoring aspects, Authorization, Bounded-Context based modeling,
• Ability to manage stakeholders and maneuvering complex enterprise environments involving various point of views and being able to resolve differences with elegance
• Should have hands-on experience in all Java Testing and performance frameworks – such as Gatling, Spring Integration Framework
• Strong knowledge of Statemachine or Workflow orchestration engines like Temporal or Spring Statemachine
• Strong knowledge of Containerization, Spring Profile, Security
• Should have certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect,
• Strong knowledge of MQ or Message Broker architecture and distributed caching like Redis Cache
• Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, RHEL, Helm
• Strong knowledge of API Management and API Integration design patterns
• Strong knowledge of AWS platform and all its services
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Should have strong presentation, articulation skills
• Business Domain (FinTech) knowledge/experience is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Follow and implement the entire OLTP project from a test automation architecture and design perspective
• Contribute to the roadmap for developing the OLTP system and all its components, considering high throughput, low latency, distributed architecture
• Create appropriate prototypes and define standards for implementation of all services, taking ownership of 1-2 services
• Keep pace with new areas of research in all DT technologies (API, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML) and train the employees to create self-sustainable teams
• Participate in org-wide initiatives like L&D Trainings, lateral hiring, Certifications, and other activities
• Build and maintain templates, estimation frameworks, technical assets and drive teams to be productive, creative and supportive for all initiatives
• Be the guiding force in case of crisis, and other challenges in the organization
