Required Skills & Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices
Hands-on experience with React.js.
Experience leading or mentoring development teams
Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) is a plus
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
