Summary

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Systems Analyst to support project execution and process improvement initiatives. This role bridges business stakeholders, product teams, and technical staff to ensure smooth delivery of software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and release coordination, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Must-Have Skills (3–5 Years Experience)

Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Confluence & Jira)
Dynatrace for dashboard monitoring
Microsoft Office Suite
API testing tools: Postman & SoapUI
ServiceNow for ticket tracking and release management
Strong team collaboration skills
Solid understanding of Agile software delivery and methodology

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience maintaining and organizing team backlogs
Knowledge of release planning and delivery forecasting
Ability to build roadmaps and track milestones
Experience working between Product Owners/Managers and development teams
Collaboration with Architecture and Design teams

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead efforts to gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Interface with high-level stakeholders to ensure alignment
Collaborate closely with development and QA teams for seamless delivery
Capture detailed meeting notes, share action items, manage boards, and maintain delivery schedules
Support data migration activities from First Bank to PNC
Drive backlog refinement and prioritization, shaping the delivery roadmap
Contribute to process improvement initiatives for Agile practices
Coordinate release management, including scheduling and documentation updates
Utilize ServiceNow for ticket tracking and release management

Education

Bachelor’s degree required (Management Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field)
