Sr Manager, Ecommerce & Mobile Engineering

Required Skills:
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 4+ years in leadership or management roles
- Proven expertise with eCommerce platforms, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
- Strong background in front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar
- Experience with headless commerce, PWA Kit, and API-first architecture development
- Deep knowledge of mobile app development frameworks and lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience integrating with diverse payment systems and third-party APIs
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, EKS, Java, Spring) and modern DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience leading digital transformation or headless commerce migration initiatives
- Strong data-driven approach with a focus on performance and user engagement optimization
- Prior background in fast-paced retail or consumer-facing digital environments
- Knowledge of monitoring, security, and governance best practices across platforms
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Progressive experience from Software Engineer to Principal Engineer, then Manager or Senior Manager roles
- Proven track record in eCommerce and mobile product environments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Grapevine, TX
