Role Overview:

The contractor will join a Quality Assurance team within Loan Workout, responsible for reviewing legal documents for accuracy and compliance. This role involves supporting low-complexity initiatives, ensuring adherence to policies, and providing information to client personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Review physical legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with state requirements.
Validate that all items in documents match corresponding paperwork.
Check notarization and other legal formalities on documents.
Test information before sending it to third-party legal partners.
Perform judgment and complaint validations as needed.
Follow defined parameters while exercising judgment and understanding compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum year months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience, OR equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong computer skills.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of credit cards and collection law (ideal).
- Familiarity with litigation and civil procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience:
- year of relevant professional experience.
Certifications:
- Paralegal certification (nice to have).
Additional Skills:
- Experience as a QA Analyst or performing QA functions.
