Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, budgeting, execution, and successful completion of heavy industrial construction projects. This role serves as the primary liaison between the client, industrial/manufacturing customers, subcontractors, and internal Design/Build teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

Key Requirements (Must-Have)

• 5–10 years of experience managing heavy industrial construction projects

• Strong focus on equipment installation/erection and civil/structural work

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Project, and Primavera

• Ability to maintain required certifications (OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, SafeStart)

• Willingness to travel across U.S. project sites

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Strong leadership, communication, and multi-tasking abilities
