Job Summary: The Argo Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting teller retail banking applications using Argo Data Resource Corp. solutions. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Argo ADS Teller platforms, modern software engineering practices, and enterprise-scale application development within a banking environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain teller retail banking applications using Argo ADS software Work extensively with Argo Traditional Client for Teller platforms Develop and support Argo version 6 objects including Enablers, WOGS, AOGS, host communications, Electronic Journal (EJ), and Totals Participate in system design, application architecture, testing, and operational stability initiatives Debug, enhance, and maintain applications in a large corporate environment Support application resiliency, security, and CI/CD practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies Ensure adherence to SDLC standards and best practices Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production and non-production environments Required Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience developing in Argo Traditional Client for Teller platforms Hands-on Argo Data Resource Corp. (ARGO) development experience Teller retail banking application development experience using Argo ADS software Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 3+ years of applied experience Strong knowledge of Argo version 6 development objects (Enablers, WOGS, AOGS, host communications, EJ, Totals) Proficiency in coding using one or more programming languages Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining enterprise-level applications Experience with database querying languages Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills Preferred Skills: C# development experience Java development experience PowerShell scripting experience Alogent Branch Deposit Engine knowledge Exposure to modern technical disciplines such as cloud, AI/ML, or mobile development Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred Relevant certifications in software engineering or application development are a plus Education: Bachelors Degree
