Summary

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to drive our Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Governance program. This role requires a deep understanding of the M365 ecosystem and a strong foundation in Power Platform capabilities, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related governance best practices. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enabling secure, scalable, and compliant solutions while fostering innovation across the organization. You will play a critical role in shaping policies, standards, and frameworks that empower users while maintaining enterprise-level control and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement governance frameworks for Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.
Collaborate with business units and IT teams to balance innovation with governance, enabling citizen development while maintaining controls.
Lead risk mitigation efforts related to the Power Platform environment and solutions, and the Microsoft 365 platform.
Develop policies and standards for environment management, data loss prevention, licensing, and application lifecycle.
Author and maintain governance documentation.
Provide guidance and best practices for Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools to support organizational goals.
Drive adoption and education initiatives to promote responsible use of Power Platform and M365 capabilities.
Provide guidance, support, and training for Power Platform, SharePoint, and M365 for all levels of the organization.

Experience/Skills

Basic Qualifications

5+ years developing and implementing governance frameworks for enterprise platforms.
3+ years of hands-on experience working with any of these Microsoft 365 technologies, including Power Automate/Power Apps, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive.
Proficient understanding of Power Platform environment management, licensing models, and application lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 admin center, Power Platform admin center, and related tools.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong customer-facing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

8+ years developing and implementing governance frameworks for enterprise platforms
5+ years of hands-on experience engineering automations in Power Automate and/or building Power Apps.
Experience with advanced governance strategies for Power Platform and M365, including security and compliance controls (e.g., DLP, Conditional Access, Information Protection).
Microsoft certifications such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology.
Experience leading adoption and education initiatives for Power Platform and M365.
