Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior M365 Specialist with hands-on expertise in Intune, device migration, and end-user experience modernization. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for reimagining and deploying end-user devices, migrating from SCCM to Intune, and optimizing endpoint management strategies.

This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, automation skills, and communication ability, working closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable M365 solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead migration of devices from Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to Microsoft Intune, including tenant-to-tenant migrations.
Configure and optimize co-management (SCCM + Intune) and Windows Autopilot deployments.
Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts for automation of device enrollment, configuration, and policy migration.
Implement and manage Azure AD, Conditional Access, and device compliance policies.
Advise on best practices for end-user device deployment and lifecycle management.
Provide clear documentation, reporting, and support to internal IT teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience migrating from SCCM to Intune, including large-scale and cross-tenant environments.
Expertise in Windows Autopilot, Intune, and co-management configuration.
Strong proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
Deep understanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and compliance policies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Certification: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator (Required)
