As an Automation Engineer, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium.

• Create, execute, and optimize automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and data workflows.

• Validate data pipelines and transformations, including testing within Azure Databricks environments.

• Build and maintain comprehensive test reports, dashboards, and metrics to track quality and coverage.

• Perform database testing, including writing and executing complex SQL queries for data validation.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.

• Participate in code reviews, automation framework enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to QA best practices across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication across teams.

• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to overall quality engineering standards.

• Engineering Degree BE / ME / BTech / MTech / BSc / MSc

• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable

Experience & Technical Skills

• 8+ years of overall QA experience, with 5+ years in automation

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium automation frameworks

• Solid understanding of test reporting tools (e.g., Allure, Extent Reports, custom dashboards)

• Strong SQL skills and experience with database testing

• Experience testing data engineering workflows, including Azure Databricks notebooks, pipelines, and jobs

• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with version control tools such as Git

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
