What you'll doThe role focuses on building and evolving AI/ML-driven software solutions. You will be a key contributor within a dynamic team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, responsible for the full lifecycle of our AI/ML-based systems and services. Your work will directly enable the creation and maintenance of robust tools that deliver data-driven insights across various business areas.
The day-to-day- Leading object-oriented software development and design, primarily in Python.
- Building and optimizing robust data pipelines and services hosted in AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) established methodologies (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Collaborating closely with data scientists and ML engineers to put AI/ML models into production.
- Maintaining and promoting standard processes in CI/CD workflows for continuous integration and deployment.
- Providing automated reports and AI-derived insights to support various business areas.
- Actively participating in an Agile development environment, including planning, tracking, and reporting on progress.
- Partnering with team members to collect requirements and collaborate with them during the Agile development process.
What you'll need- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on Python.
- Proven expertise in object-oriented design and system-level architecture of AI/ML software systems.
- Demonstrated experience with CI/CD tools and standard processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Agile team development experience.
- Proficient communication abilities (both oral and written) to support technical and multi-functional cooperation.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in supporting business operations with data-driven solutions.

Salary range$135,500.00 - $214,000.00 / annually.For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $168,500.00- $252,500.00/ annually
