Pay Range: $70 - $75 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities: -
- Own business requirement documentation (BRDs/FRDs)
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
- Validate IT delivery for functionality, UX, and compliance
- Support multi-state rollout, risk documentation, and reporting
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and leadership presentations
- Role Purpose & Business Impact
- This individual will serve as the primary bridge between the business, IT development teams, and frontline users, owning the end-to-end translation of business requirements into executable technical deliverables.
- The role is designed to replace a rotating staff model and provide consistent leadership, accountability, and delivery ownership throughout the lifecycle of the product.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; Product Manager, Umbrella, Personal Lines, Property/Casualty, Guidewire PolicyCenter, Agile, Jira, Documentation, Risk, Digital
- Technical & Platform Requirements;
- Guidewire Policy Center experience strongly preferred
- Experience with out-of-the-box Guidewire functionality
- Understanding of data capture, workflow, and system decision logic
- Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira/JWM)
- Experience with documentation platforms (Box, Zoom Whiteboards, Slack)
- Guidewire certifications not required
- Product Managers, Technical Product Owners, or Business Systems Analysts
- 2 years frontline/customer-facing experience
- 2 years digital product or platform experience
- Experience delivering products from idea to production
- Prior insurance carrier platform experience preferred
