Must have experience leading several large Salesforce implementation projects with 20+ team members
Must have broad knowledge of Salesforce including Sales, Service, Health, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.
Prior experience in a healthcare insurance setting is a must
Must have experience leading teams of remote workers including offshore and/or near-shore resources
Must have demonstrable experience leading several simultaneous workstreams of varying sizes
Agile methodology
Must have experience estimating work in an Agile methodology
Must have familiarity with the standard Agile ceremonies
Must have familiarity with SAFe
Must have solid practices for tracking, monitoring, and driving progress

This is a leadership position in the Center of Excellence. The TPO will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the CoE team members, including on-site, onshore remote, and near-shore resources.
Must have excellent communication with the ability to lead, drive, push-back, negotiate, and motivate people in a positive and constructive way.
