Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer with hands-on experience working on R&S (Rohde & Schwarz), Anritsu, and Keysight test systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in log analysis, executing test cases, and troubleshooting issues on complex test setups. This role requires onsite presence in Fremont, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage RF/device test systems including Rohde & Schwarz (R&S), Anritsu, and Keysight equipment.
- Perform test case execution across multiple test environments and devices.
- Conduct log analysis using vendor tools and internal tools to identify failures, root causes, and performance issues.
- Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot test setups and test benches.
- Support validation, debugging, and regression testing activities.
- Document test results, defects, and findings in required formats/tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure test procedures are followed and updated as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working with R&S, Anritsu, and/or Keysight test equipment.
- Strong experience in log analysis, debugging, and issue isolation.
- Hands-on experience with test case execution and validation.
- Knowledge of RF testing, wireless technologies, or device testing (preferred).
- Ability to work onsite in Fremont, California.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecom, wireless, RF, modem, or device validation.
- Familiarity with scripting (Python, Shell, etc.) for automation (optional but valuable).
- Experience working in fast-paced lab/test environments.
