We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Tech Lead/Architect with extensive experience leading complex Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing) implementations, especially migrations from Oracle to Revenue Cloud. The ideal candidate has a deep background in architecture across Salesforce, Azure, and modern integration platforms, and can drive end-to-end solutions for enterprise clients. Immediate availability is a strong plus.

#### Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years as an Architect across Salesforce Cloud, Azure Cloud, and integration platforms.
- Successfully led multiple end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing) implementations, including migrations from Oracle.
- Hands-on with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Apex, Flows, LWC.
- Expert in complex pricing, subscriptions, and usage-based billing models.
- Deep expertise in Dell Boomi and/or MuleSoft: API-led connectivity, RAML design, clustering, Molecule deployment.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure: Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure SQL, APIM, Functions, Event Grid.
- Familiarity with other clouds: AWS, PCF, OpenShift, CloudHub.
- Advanced knowledge of DevOps & CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, Maven), security protocols (OAuth2.0, TLS, JWT, API gateways), and monitoring (Splunk, Grafana, DataDog, CloudWatch).
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end architecture, estimation, and technical governance in complex environments.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with client architects, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

#### Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration and implementation of Oracle to Salesforce Revenue Cloud projects, mentoring and supporting delivery teams.
- Own solution blueprinting, governance, architecture reviews, defect triage, and technical solutioning.
- Define and implement target architectures (microservices, event-driven) and reference patterns across Azure, Power Platform, and Salesforce.
- Design and deliver integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems via Dell Boomi (primary), Azure Integration Services (APIM, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid).
- Establish secure Azure foundations: landing zones, network topology, Entra ID/Managed Identity, Key Vault, private endpoints.
- Drive Power Platform governance: environment strategy, DLP, Dataverse schema, ALM, COE adoption.
- Develop and enforce API strategy: contract-first design, versioning, throttling, observability (APIM publishing).
- Embed non-functional requirements: security, cost, reliability, performance, scalability.
- Lead and mentor teams of 4 10 engineers; review technical designs, unblock delivery, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
