Position Details:

Role: Cutover Lead (Oracle Cloud ERP)
Location: Remote (up to 30% travel to Detroit, MI)
Preference: East Coast candidates
Experience Required: 10+ years
Visa: No H1B / No CPT

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) cutover activities
In-depth understanding of Oracle Financials:
- GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
Experience with SCM modules (OM, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing) preferred
Exposure to HCM and/or Projects nice to have
Strong experience with data migration tools:
- FBDI, HDL, ADFdi
Experience working with Oracle integrations:
- OIC, SOA, REST/SOAP APIs
Proven ability to lead and manage cutover planning, execution, and coordination across teams
