We are looking for an experienced CIAM Program Manager / Project Manager with strong hands-on knowledge of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM). The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ping Identity, CIAM architecture, authentication protocols, and product/delivery leadership.

• Strong hands-on experience in Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)

• Ping Identity knowledge (preferred) and CIAM certification

• Experience managing CIAM programs/projects in enterprise environments

• Customer registration, authentication, identity lifecycle management, and identity security

• Ability to define CIAM architecture, solution patterns, and end-to-end delivery approach

• Secure integration of applications, portals, and APIs

• Single Sign-On (SSO)

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

• OAuth 2.0

• OpenID Connect (OIDC)

• SAML

• Ping Identity (Highly Preferred)

• Other CIAM tools such as Okta/Auth0, ForgeRock, Azure AD B2C, etc.

• Product Owner experience or strong product mindset

• Requirements definition and backlog grooming

• User journey design and acceptance criteria

• Stakeholder alignment and cross-team coordination

• Working understanding of GDPR and CCPA

• Experience ensuring consent management, data minimization, retention policies, and audit readiness
