Junior Business Analyst

Job Description / Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 3 5 years of experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.

• Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate implementation.

• Conduct requirement walkthroughs and support UAT activities.

• Create process flows, use cases, wireframes, and data mappings as needed.

• Manage requirement changes and maintain traceability matrices.

• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily Agile ceremonies.

• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation.

• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Understanding of SDLC and UAT processes.

Nice to Have

• Domain experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, or Retail.

• Experience with SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools.

• CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA certification.

• Exposure to APIs, integrations, or data-driven applications.
