Compensation: $50–$70/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Critique, experiment with, and help shape how AI understands multimodal design workflows.
• Craft, review, and evaluate experimental visual design outputs generated by AI systems.
• Collaborate asynchronously with designers across disciplines on creative research initiatives.
• Provide structured feedback on aesthetics, usability, and creative coherence.
• Support AI evaluation across digital, immersive, and emerging media formats.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience in graphic design, UI design, or creative technology.
• Background in creating high-quality digital or immersive visual designs (websites, apps, brand assets, or new media).
• Proficiency with creative coding tools such as HTML/CSS, Processing, or three.js.
• Exposure to working with LLMs, generative AI prompting, or creative coding workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
