Basic QualificationsRequires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. As Space Force Golden Dome - Technical Performance Measures Systems Engineer, you'll join a cross functional team supporting our nation's missile defense initiatives.

- System level Technical Performance Measures (TPM) development and analysis driving mission effectiveness with an ability to define segment budgets and system tradeoffs
- Ability to derive system probablistic analysis related to space ground systems and create and manage associated workbooks
- Coordinate mission performance system design within an MBSE model
- Drive interface definition development based on mission derived technical performance measures
