Summary

Requirements

10 or more years of experience in Microsoft Azure cloud environments and operations.
Proficiency in Azure infrastructure management, maintenance, and system stability.
Experience with Azure Active Directory for identity and user access administration.
Experience in managing backup lifecycles, server patching, and system updates.
Experience with cloud monitoring tools to ensure uptime and performance.
Experience in executing disaster recovery procedures and incident response.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily cloud operations to maintain infrastructure health and availability.
Monitor Azure system performance to detect and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and mitigate critical incidents.
Execute routine system patching and manage data backup schedules.
Administer user permissions and security controls via Azure Active Directory.
Implement and test disaster recovery protocols for business continuity.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for operational processes.
