Job Title – Lead Conversational AI Engineer

Required Skills & Qualifications

·       Strong proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and NLP libraries (spaCy, HuggingFace, LangChain).

·       Experience with LLM fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, and conversational AI frameworks (Rasa, Dialogflow, Botpress, Azure Bot Service).

·       Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

·       Solid understanding of API integration, cloud architecture, and microservices.

·       Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).

Soft Skills:

·       Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.

·       Strong problem‑solving skills with a user‑centric mindset.

·       Leadership qualities—mentoring, guiding engineering teams, and driving innovation.

Preferred Experience:

·       7+ years in AI/ML engineering, including at least 2 years leading AI projects.

·       Experience with retrieval‑augmented systems, rule‑based + ML hybrid dialogue models.

·       Experience deploying enterprise‑grade conversational AI systems.

·       Background in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
