Summary
Location: New Jersey (Hybrid / Onsite as per client requirement)
Key Responsibilities:
Capital & Police Project Coordination
Support planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and capital project coordination
Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; ensure timely follow-up
Prepare and maintain project documentation, dashboards, status reports, and meeting materials
Coordinate with Capital teams, Police stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and consultants
IT & Strategic Initiatives Coordination
Support organization-wide IT and innovation initiatives and readiness programs
Align capital delivery schedules with IT/technology milestones
Coordinate dependencies across infrastructure, applications, data, cybersecurity, and OT workstreams
IT Scope Definition & Technical Documentation
Develop and maintain IT scope documents, system inventories, and dependency mappings
Document functional and non-functional requirements (availability, performance, security, data, reporting)
Maintain RTMs, integration diagrams, interface inventories, and environment overviews
Support IT change control and impact analysis
IT & Business Requirements Alignment
Gather, document, and validate business and IT requirements
Translate business needs into structured technical documentation
Coordinate reviews and approvals with internal IT and external vendors
Data Governance & Technology Integration Support
Support data flow documentation, system integration, testing, readiness, and operational handover
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance frameworks
Required Qualifications:
5+ years supporting IT-enabled projects, capital programs, or large-scale public-sector initiatives
5+ years coordinating between business units, IT teams, and vendors
Experience with Police, public safety, transportation, or government organizations
Strong documentation, analytical, and coordination skills
Knowledge of PM methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, hybrid)
Preferred:
Experience with digital transformation and innovation programs
Familiarity with enterprise IT, system integration, and data governance
