Role         :  Power Platform Developer

Location   : Saint Paul, MN (Hybrid)

Duration   : 6 months Approx

Position Overview

·         MNIT is seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support business applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and supporting development technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

·         3 years of experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps

·         Microsoft InfoPath development may substitute for 1 year

·         3 years of experience developing workflows using Microsoft Power Automate

·         Microsoft Flow experience may substitute for 1 year

·         3 years of experience in .NET, Java, C#, or similar development languages that support Power Platform solutions

Desired Skills

·         year of experience using Microsoft Premium Connectors to connect with external databases

·         Experience working on at least two engagements lasting 6+ months each as a Power Apps Developer

·         Strong ability to design and develop complex model-driven and canvas apps, including:

·         Reusable components

·         Data integration

·         Custom controls

·         Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) to build reusable UI components and extend model-driven applications

Experience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate:

·         SharePoint

·         Dynamics 365

·         Azure

·         Microsoft Teams

·         Experience using APIs to integrate with third-party systems

·         Experience mentoring developers on Power Apps and Power Automate best practices

Compensation

Compensation for roles at Beacon Systems Inc depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, BeaconGov provides reasonable range of compensation for this role.
