Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Hyperion/EPM & Oracle Analytics Server Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our enterprise performance management and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Hyperion/EPM 11.2.x, Essbase 21C, and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), with strong skills in installation, configuration, migration, and performance tuning across Linux and Windows environments.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Hyperion/EPM 11.2.x , Essbase 21C , and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) environments.
- Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of Hyperion, Essbase, and OAS on Linux/Windows OS .
- Manage Hyperion Workspace , Hyperion Planning , Essbase (BSO/ASO) , SmartView , and OAS components.
- Execute patching and version upgrades for Hyperion and OAS applications.
- Handle migration of on-premise Planning applications and Essbase/OAS environments.
- Optimize system performance through tuning and troubleshooting for Hyperion/EPM, Essbase, and OAS.
- Manage user provisioning and security integration with OID, LDAP, and MSAD.
- Develop and maintain Essbase calc scripts and MaxL batch scripts .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.
- Utilize Ansible for automation and configuration management.
- Provide support for cloud EPM solutions and assist in migration strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of Oracle 12c/19c databases and WebLogic application server .
qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in administration of Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) or OBIEE.
Hands-on experience with Hyperion/EPM 11.2.x, Essbase 21C, and Oracle Analytics Server.
Strong knowledge of Hyperion Planning, Essbase (BSO/ASO), SmartView, and OAS.
Expertise in installation, configuration, migration, and performance tuning.
Proficiency in Linux and Windows platforms.
Familiarity with Ansible for automation.
Strong scripting skills in Essbase calc scripts and MaxL.
Knowledge of Oracle databases (12c/19c) and WebLogic.
Experience integrating with OID, LDAP, MSAD for user management.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and build consensus within teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud-based EPM solutions.
Working knowledge of Linux administration.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
