We re looking for an Experience Architect Quality Excellence to join our team and drive human-centered design (HCD), process improvement, and digital strategy initiatives for a leading client.
Role: User Experience Architect (UX Architect) - Human-Centered Design (HCD)
- Location: Juno Beach, FL
- Duration: Long-term contract
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in user experience (UX), process improvement, quality management, or a related field.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred, with proven expertise in process optimization and quality methodologies.
- Deep understanding of Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and their practical application in digital transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute digital strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with digital strategy platforms, analytics tools, and project management applications.
