Principal SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant

We are seeking a high-level expert to lead the gathering of business requirements and provide comprehensive support for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules. This role bridges the gap between complex business needs and technical execution, ensuring seamless operations across the SAP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Lead the elicitation of business requirements for SAP PM, RE-FX, PS, and PPM modules.
• Issue Resolution: Provide end-to-end support for EAM issues, ensuring resolution within defined SLA timeframes.
• Functional Design: Prepare detailed Functional Design Specifications for Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, and Forms (WRIEF).
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Define Test Scenarios, execute Unit Testing and System Testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Post-Implementation: Manage post-go-live verification and ongoing production support.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders for daily operations, enhancements, and large-scale EAM projects.

Essential Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in SAP EAM and Asset Operations.
• Technical proficiency in SAP ABAP for debugging and functional-technical alignment.
• Expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Project System (PS).
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management end-to-end business processes.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA conversions or implementations.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multi-module integration points across RE-FX and PPM.
