Gen AI (SDLC) Product Lead in Alpharetta, GA

We are seeking a Product Lead to drive strategy and execution for our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) platform, including the integration of GenAI-driven capabilities that enhance developer experience, automation, and delivery speed.
This role will define the roadmap, prioritize platform capabilities, and lead pilots that advance AI-assisted development across our organizational business teams (OBTs).
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for the SDLC platform, aligning with organizational goals and engineering priorities.
- Develop "golden road" templates and workflows that standardize best practices and embed AI-driven improvements into the development lifecycle.
- Translate business outcomes into actionable platform requirements and manage the backlog for GenAI-related features such as developer assistants, automated testing, and QA automation.
- Establish pilot acceptance criteria and oversee proof-of-concept initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring measurable value before scaling to production.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders - engineering, DevOps, security, compliance, and leadership - to align priorities and define success metrics for general availability (GA) releases.
- Partner with AI, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure new capabilities adhere to governance, compliance, and enterprise standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or technical program management, preferably with DevOps, platform engineering, or developer productivity products.
- Demonstrated success scoping, launching, or scaling GenAI features or developer-facing AI products.
- Deep understanding of Atlassian product configurations (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and CI/CD workflows.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder alignment across technical and business teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and AI governance principles.
- Experience with LLM vendor evaluation, prompt management, and enterprise-scale AI integration.
- Background in enterprise governance or compliance related to platform or infrastructure programs.
