We are seeking an
Email Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team in executing large-scale email campaigns for corporate, institutional, and small business audiences. This role focuses on day-to-day email production, partnering closely with marketing strategy teams and creative agencies to bring campaigns to life in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
You will join a collaborative team responsible for building, testing, and deploying marketing emails, managing campaign workflows, and ensuring high-quality execution within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Build and customize email templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), specifically Email Studio.
- Perform quality control and peer reviews to ensure accurate, error-free deployments.
- Execute query work and campaign setup within SFMC.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, supporting quarterly marketing initiatives.
- Use Workfront to coordinate copy, reviews, approvals, and project workflows.
- Collaborate with strategy and marketing teams to understand campaign goals and requirements.
- Partner with internal and external design agencies to develop email content.
Top Required Skills- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio) - Hands-on experience required
- Email automation experience within SFMC
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong QA processes
- Clear communication skills to support cross-functional teams
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
