Description
The Workplace Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for the operations of technologies and applications present in the workplace such as: Meeting room devices (Cisco CUCM and end points, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Pexip) Digital signage (TriplePlay) Print services (LRS, HPO WebIet admin) End user peripherals (monitors, headsets, etc. ) Workplace SRE is responsible for the deployment of new systems and features in production, supporting the existing environment while maintaining internal controls for reliability, audit, and security of such systems Perform administrative and operational tasks to maintain infrastructure, including server administration, windows, Linux and networking experience with AV systems and real time media products, such as Ms. teams rooms, Cisco zoom, and AV endpoints in general is highly desirable The SME will be responsible for The troubleshooting and resolution of issues with the real time communications platforms, supporting services and dependencies Performing Security Administration tasks, such as certificate renewals on a periodic basis in line with agreed services levels Performing disaster recovery testing on periodic basis in line with agreed services levels Patching, maintenance and remediation on the Real Time Communications platform and supporting services Providing efficient effective and timely support to compliance and legal surveillance activities

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
