Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint and Microsoft 365 professional to support, administer, and modernize enterprise collaboration platforms. This role will own the daily operations of SharePoint Online environments, manage workflows and automation, support Power Platform integrations, and provide Tier 2/3 support across Microsoft 365 services.

The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and forward-thinking — comfortable maintaining stability while helping drive platform modernization efforts (Nintex to Power Platform, workflow optimization, automation enablement).

Key Responsibilities

SharePoint Administration & Platform Support

Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, governance controls, and storage management.

Review, approve, and process SharePoint site requests and catalog tasks through ServiceNow.

Ensure platform health, compliance, and adherence to governance standards.

Provide consultation and troubleshooting support for Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.

Workflow & Automation

Support and maintain existing Nintex forms and workflows, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.

Assist in the migration of workflows and forms from Nintex to Power Platform solutions.

Support Power Platform services including Power Automate and Power Apps for business process automation and application workflows.

Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.

Incident & Change Management

Track, triage, and resolve incidents and change requests within ServiceNow.

Participate in root cause analysis, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain operational documentation and platform standards.

Platform Modernization & Projects

Contribute to platform migration projects, including development and enhancement of sites, workflows, and forms.

Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, automation, security, and user experience.

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to align platform capabilities with organizational needs.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online in an enterprise environment.

Strong experience managing site collections, permissions, storage, governance, and user access.

Experience supporting Nintex workflows and forms.

Working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

Experience with ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management.

Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online).

Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience migrating workflows from Nintex to Power Platform.

Power Platform development experience (custom flows, apps, integrations).

Familiarity with Microsoft governance, security, and compliance best practices.

Experience supporting large enterprise environments or regulated environments.

Microsoft certifications (SharePoint, Power Platform, M365) a plus.
