Seeking a Technical Business System Analyst to bridge business and engineering teams across our .NET and Java ecosystems. You’ll lead requirements discovery and documentation, map business processes to technical solutions, and support delivery for mortgage and banking products—ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
Role: Technical Business System Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH - Onsite Work
Duration: 6 Months of Contract to Hire
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years as a Business/System Analyst; at least 3+ years supporting .NET and/or Java application teams.
- Strong command of requirements elicitation and documentation (BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Java (Spring, REST APIs), .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core), API integration, Microservices concepts.
- SQL (querying, data validation), data mapping, ETL exposure; familiarity with RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres).
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience; Jira/Azure DevOps proficiency.
Nice to have:
- Mortgage/banking domain knowledge—loan lifecycle, compliance, servicing, payments, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Education Details: Required Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
