RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, Arizona seeking a Business Analyst III to join their team.
Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong communication skills and a solid technical foundation. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to document processes, create user guides, and support API-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating on technical projects and translating complex concepts into clear documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain documentation on Confluence, including user guides and technical references
* Collaborate with project teams to understand API functionality, parameters, and integration points
* Work with code repositories (GitHub) to review and interpret code for documentation purposes
* Support non-functional requirements and ensure clarity in technical deliverables
* Partner with internal teams on initiatives and other security-related projects
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong technical background with ability to understand code (Java preferred)
* Hands-on experience with GitHub for code review and documentation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing documentation
* Familiarity with API concepts and ability to explain technical details clearly
* Experience creating documentation in Confluence or similar platforms
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
