Summary
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to HCL policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to HCL policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off (PTO) per year (some positions are eligible for unlimited PTO); and 10 paid holidays per year.

Job Summary
This role drives the operational excellence of enterprise mobility and client management solutions, ensuring robust service delivery for large-scale environments. The individual is accountable for optimizing processes, fostering innovation, and empowering teams to meet client SLAs and organizational objectives through expert management of Intune, SCCM, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead MDM Intune and SCCM/SMS operations by architecting and optimizing device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment processes to ensure secure and efficient client lifecycle management.
2. Drive advanced automation initiatives using Intune PowerShell and Azure Automation to improve efficiency, reporting, and incident resolution within the device management landscape.
3. Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex issues across Intune, SCCM/SMS, and MS Enterprise Mobility Suite, ensuring timely root cause analysis and resolution to maintain high service availability.
4. Oversee client onboarding and policy configuration in Microsoft Intune, adapting device management strategies to meet evolving organizational and security requirements.
5. Mentor and empower support teams through technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and best practice implementation in MDM, Intune, and client lifecycle management.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging analytics and feedback to enhance operational processes and client satisfaction.
7. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across all device management operations using MS Enterprise Mobility Suite tools.
Skill Requirements
1. Excellent Knowledge Of Client Lifecycle Management And Automation Using Powershell, Azure Automation, And Related Tools.
2. InDepth Understanding Of Ms Enterprise Mobility Suite For Secure Device And Application Management.
