Job Description:
- Support SAP EAM client engagements by assisting in the design and implementation of technology solutions
- Collaborate with clients and team members to gather business requirements and help translate them into system designs and technical specifications.
- Build positive working relationships with clients by contributing to the development of business requirements and functional designs.
- Support business development activities by gathering relevant information, preparing supporting materials, and assisting with the formatting and review of proposals and presentations
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and innovation by participating in team forums and helping develop tools or templates to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
- Stay current with SAP's latest solutions by participating in training and continuous learning opportunities to support business transformation initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 5 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 9 years of experience in SAP Enterprise Work Management implementation and Support programs
- Good experience in the Implementation of SAP S/4 HANA programs in complex business environments
- Leading end to end solution design for EAM workstream across SAP and integration with other third-party applications like GIS, scheduling, mobility (SSAM), SAP APM etc.
- Should have knowledge of latest functionalities introduced by SAP in EAM workstream and cross workstream integration knowledge.
- Should have good understanding of latest technology enablers like BTP, Clean core concepts. RISE with SAP and automations.
- Involve on the business workshops & conference room pilots for business requirement gathering, design and requirement mapping and assist in resolving any queries related to requirements.
- Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops
- Engage business SMEs in domain & technology conversations specific to Electric Utilities & SAP
- Manage business stakeholders, reporting and align on business goals and objectives effectively Plan the activities across the program for design, configuration & build, testing, deployment & go-live.
- Evaluates solution options/recommendations with client for scope changes and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
- Demonstrates the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and understands the long-term and short-term perspectives of an IT business situation
- Ability to deliver projects following Agile methodology
- Should collaboratively work with the offshore team
- In-depth knowledge in the areas of Master Data (Functional Location, Equipment, Class & Characteristics, Work center, Task List, Revision, Measuring Points etc) and Work Management.
- Should have good knowledge on Notification Management; Integration with Maintenance Order; Preventive Maintenance; Breakdown, Corrective and Calibration Maintenance Process etc.
- Experience of at least 3 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:
- Requirement gathering
- Business process design
- SAP configuration
- RICEFW Functional design
- Systems and Integration Testing
- Resolving production issues
- Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis
- Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore
- Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day
