Description:

Seeking an experienced AI Engineer / AI Chatbot Developer to build and support intelligent chatbot and generative AI solutions. The role focuses on Microsoft Bot Framework (mandatory), with exposure to Google CCAI (preferred), along with M365 and SharePoint On-Prem to M365 modernization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AI chatbots using Microsoft Bot Framework and Copilot Studio

• Design conversational flows, prompt engineering, NLP, and RAG-based solutions

• Integrate chatbots with APIs, Microsoft Graph, and M365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)

• Support and modernize SharePoint On-Prem applications to M365

• Build dashboards and monitor chatbot performance

• Develop GenAI solutions using Azure and AWS (Bedrock)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and CoE standards

• Create technical documentation

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of IT experience

• 5+ years of .NET development

• 2+ years of Microsoft Chatbot development (Bot Framework mandatory)

• Experience with M365, SharePoint, Power Platform

• Programming: C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python

• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

• Google CCAI experience

• Azure AI / OpenAI services

• AWS GenAI experience
