Summary

Role Overview
We are seeking a senior SAP SD Project Manager / Lead for a contract engagement to lead and deliver a range of SAP ECC initiatives for our direct client. The role spans small enhancements to large-scale projects, including B2B implementations, SAP ECC Sales projects, and software and integration assessments. This is a hands-on lead role, requiring deep SAP ECC SD functional expertise in addition to good project management skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable configuring SAP ECC SD directly, particularly for smaller initiatives where a dedicated Functional Analyst may not be available.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP ECC projects end-to-end, including scope, planning, execution, and delivery
Manage B2B implementations/enhancements via Change Requests
Drive SAP ECC SD configuration, including Sales orders and Contracts
Lead SAP Fiori App implementations and ECC integrations such as WebMethods
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams
Support functional design, testing, UAT, and go-live activities
Contribute to larger initiatives such as SAP C4C Integration projects and S4 assessment
Ability to be hands-on and self-sufficient on smaller initiatives as Functional Consultant
Ability to work with offshore business teams and IT counter parts
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Experience with SAP C4C Phone Integration
Exposure to Genesys or NICE telephony/CTI solutions
Experience with solution or software assessments
