Support Oracle Cloud SCM functionalities
Deep Understanding of Order Management, Global Trade Management , Product & Pricing
Gather and analyze business requirements for SCM
Prepare Design Documents
Design workflows and rules to align with business processes
Present and Demo new features and functionality available in Oracle Cloud SCM as part of quarterly updates
Validate end to end business process post quarterly update
Provide functional inputs to design Automated Functional Test Cases
Share and implement AI features available in Oracle Cloud SCM as well be part of the team building agents using Oracle Agentic AI studio
Analyze and Integrate Oracle Cloud SCM with other applications
Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide training to end-users and create documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
Collaborate with technical teams for seamless system integration.
Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support
Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM as a Functional Consultant
Experience in at least three Oracle Cloud SCM Implementation / Support project.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end business process in SCM
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud architecture and integration tools.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to address business needs.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and training.
Oracle SCM Cloud Certification is preferred. "
