Job Title: ERP Individual Consultant (Cloud ERP Implementation Support)

Location: County of Kaua i, Hawaii (On-site only)

Duration: 1-3 Years (based on project needs and fiscal year budget)

Work Authorization: Open (must meet County of Kaua i compliance requirements)

Job Description

The County of Kaua i is seeking an experienced ERP Individual Consultant to support a cloud-based ERP implementation. The consultant will work closely with the County ERP Manager and stakeholders to coordinate project activities, configure ERP modules, and support implementation and rollout efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the County ERP Manager with daily project coordination and governance

• Configure ERP system modules aligned with departmental business processes

• Map, organize, and optimize workflows across ERP modules

• Develop and maintain process documentation and system configuration guides

• Design and deliver end-user and departmental training materials

• Provide implementation support during ERP planning and rollout phases

• Facilitate cross-department communication and coordination

• Coordinate with County staff and ERP vendors on milestones, deliverables, and issue resolution

Required Experience

• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience in public sector or large enterprise environments

• Strong expertise in ERP configuration, workflow design, documentation, and training

• Hands-on experience with cloud ERP platforms, including:

  • Oracle

  • SAP

  • Workday

  • Microsoft Dynamics

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams

• Ability to work independently while adhering to County governance standards

Education (Preferred)

• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

• Equivalent professional experience will be considered

Additional Requirement

• On-site only: Consultant must be physically located on the island of Kaua i, Hawaii for the duration of the project
