Role Overview
As a Senior AI/ML Research Scientist, you will join a high-caliber R&D team focused on developing next-generation AI technologies, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI.
This role goes beyond theoretical research-you will customize, deploy, and operationalize advanced AI solutions to address real-world problems for mission-critical sponsors. Under senior technical leadership, you will conduct cutting-edge research and translate innovations into production-ready systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced R&D in Generative AI and practical applications of Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI frameworks, including autonomous and semi-autonomous systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, fine-tune, and optimize AI/ML models
- Transition research concepts into scalable, production-quality software
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from experimentation to deployment
Qualifications
Required Technical Skills
- Core AI/ML Expertise: Proven experience in model development, fine-tuning, and applied research
- Preference for candidates with peer-reviewed publications in top-tier international AI/ML conferences
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with C, C++, or JavaScript is a plus
- LLM Experience: Hands-on experience working with state-of-the-art LLMs at the API level
- Note: The interview process includes a live coding exercise involving AI tool/function-calling APIs
- Agentic AI: Familiarity with modern agent development frameworks
- Software Engineering: Strong knowledge of Linux, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and PostgreSQL
- Cloud Platforms: Foundational experience with AWS development
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar LLM-based coding assistants)
- Deep familiarity with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and multi-modal generative agents
- Knowledge of orchestration and deployment tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS Bedrock
