Title: Entry-Level Wireless Test Technician (Night Shift)

Location: Fremont, CA
Duration: 3- 4 Months

Rate: Open, and commensurate with experience

Position Overview:
Our client is looking for an Entry-Level Wireless Test Technician for SAR, RF, and mmWave test openings for night shifts. This role provides hands-on experience with automated and advanced wireless testing equipment in a collaborative lab environment.

Shift Details:

SAR Testing: 6 PM 6 AM, 6 days/week (3 Months)
RF Testing: 4:30 PM 4:30 AM, 5 days/week (3 Months)
mmWave Testing: 4:30 PM 4:30 AM, 3 4 days/week during peak season (4 Months)
Training Period for mmWave: Flexible evening shifts (5 PM 9 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor wireless device tests using lab equipment.
Record, interpret, and report test results.
Follow defined test plans and procedures accurately.
Communicate with engineering teams and customers as required.
Learn and apply technical skills in a collaborative lab setting.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
Indefinite right to work in the U.S.
No prior experience required-comprehensive training provided.
Must be able to work onsite in Fremont, CA (relocation not provided).
Must have reliable transportation to and from the Fremont office.
