Job Details

Role: Workday Solution Architect - Finance Location: 100% Remote Experience: 10+ Years IT, 5+ Years Workday Architecture
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Workday solutions.
Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices and industry standards.
Conduct workshops, solution demos, and proof-of-concepts for stakeholders.
Design and optimize integrations and data flows between Workday and other systems.
Assess impact of Workday releases/enhancements and recommend adoption strategies.
Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing across the Workday practice.
Contribute to enterprise-wide architecture initiatives and cross-functional solutions.
Promote a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years overall IT experience; 5+ years as a Workday Solution Architect.
Expertise in Workday Finance, Extend, Integrations, and core Workday architecture.
Strong Workday configuration, reporting, security, and integration experience.
Understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and compliance.
Experience with Workday PSA and/or Workday HR (preferred).
Exposure to finance/procurement tools (Kyriba, TM1, Coupa, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
AI/automation experience within or outside Workday is an advantage.
Experience with FDM, security models, BPF, reporting & analytics, and integration tools.
Prior team leadership or mentoring experience.
Workday certification highly desirable.
