Pay Range: $ 34 - $39 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities: -
- Manage production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and follow up on problems
- Monitor production environments and proactively identify issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve job failures, data feeds, and application issues
- Support application releases, upgrades, and deployments
- Own issues end-to-end, track progress, and escalate when needed
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base for processes and known issues
- Participate in production support rotation, including weekend or after-hours support for critical releases and DR activities
- Work closely with Development, Infrastructure, and Platform teams
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Production Support, Oracle/SQL, Unix/Windows
- 5 years in application development or production support
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, UNIX/Windows
- Hands-on with Autosys, MQ, MuleSoft
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve production outages under SLA
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
