IT Helpdesk
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of IT experience.
- Technical troubleshooting expertise, both onsite and remote for end-users
- Experience with a ticketing systems
- Preferred platforms: JIRA
- Experience with security and network devices, including:
- Fortinet Firewalls
- Cisco Access Points
- Network Experience
- Wifi
- Ethernet
- Strong interpersonal skills – this role is the primary IT point of contact (POC ) for the Miami station.
- Must be adaptable and able to handle diverse personalities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
